1977 Daimler Sovereign

“Any motorist whose pulse quickens a little at the sight of a fine car, will find his excitement heightened by the latest Daimler Sovereign 4.2 saloon”

Daimler Sovereign was a name applied by British manufacturer Jaguar Cars to a sequence of luxury automobiles built by it but carrying the Daimler badge between 1966 and 1983.

This stunning example was sold new in Christchurch by Archibalds on the 22nd of February 1977 and remained in the same ownership for 44 years. It is obvious that this car has been well maintained and cared for over that time. Fitted with period Dunlop wire wheels and being a long wheelbase example this vehicle not only looks absolutely amazing but is a treat to drive.

Examples in this condition with such special ownership history are rare. Please contact us for further information and photos.
